Critical to the successful application of a hydrocyclone is slurry pumping and preparation.  We offer test and feed systems to support individual cyclones from 10mm to 120mm.  All systems come with a feed reservoir and electrically driven pump with speed controlled by an inverter.  The integral pressure gauge is standard and fine control of Cyclone pressure is controlled by a diaphragm valve which recycles overflow to the feed tank to maintain slurry consistency.
